Star Trek Meetup
For [info]ontd_startrek.

Just a shout out if any Phoenix-area people want to meet up and catch Star Trek (again?!!). :) Something unofficial. Catch the movie, grab some food?

My work offers $6 discounted tickets, so I grabbed a few. :) I think normal price is $7 matinee, then jumps higher at night. @___@ Also, maybe we can grab some food afterwards and gush about the movie. I live nearby if we wanna cheap it out and just order a pizza and crash. :P

Saw the post up on the comm, so I figured, why not? I'm over in Tempe, and I'm good for whenever/wherever, so long as it's feasible via bus (damn my lack of driving skills!).

Sweet, a Tempe-ite! :) I'm in downtown Mesa.

I'm dying to see it again soon, and this weekend is pretty good for me. I think my work offers discounted movie tickets, so I'll check those out tomorrow. Not sure if they're for Harkins/AMC. I'll probably want to choose a theatre around Tempe (Marketplace, maybe) or Phoenix, that people are familiar with.

Hope you don't mind that I added you. :)

Marketplace works best for me, but as I said, I'm good with anything.

And yes, everyone was so damn awesome in that movie. GQMF indeed. *hugs Star Trek*

I'm up for giving you a ride back if you promise not to be a serial killer. :D I kinda wanted to go the Mills to see if they had any Star Trek toys but I think I could raid Target before the Marketplace. >_>

Lol definitely not a serial killer. Though if I were Sylar, that means I'd be Zachary Quinto, and therefore incredibly narcissistic, as I have a great deal of ZQ pics on my computer.

...I can't believe I just seriously thought that one out.

KB Toys is at Mills, right? Very tempting...

Still sobbing. I'm off on Mons and Tues though! My big issue is all I know is up and down Bell from Surprise up unto 75th street (work at Sports Authority) - still pretty new and finally just got a car again aftre a looooooong time! Will email you my # though!

I wouldn't mind taking a trip up to your area. :) I'm in such a Nu! Star Trek mood, it's ridiculous. I should have extra tickets to see it after tomorrow's meet up. If you want to hang on Mon or Tues evening, let me know!
